Information you submit. When you request the Readiness Checklist, we collect the email address you enter. When you use the Contact form, we collect the name, email address, subject, and message you provide.

Website-use information. Squarespace, our website platform, may automatically receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, referring page, pages viewed, and interaction data. Squarespace may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, protect it from abuse, and provide basic analytics.

Please do not submit private medical details, urgent health concerns, or other sensitive personal information through this website.

How we use information

We use information to:

  • provide the Readiness Checklist you request;
  • respond to questions submitted through the Contact form;
  • operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website; and
  • understand general site usage through basic analytics.

Requesting the Readiness Checklist does not subscribe you to Field Notes or any marketing list. Any future Field Notes signup will require a separate, affirmative choice.

Storage and service providers

Form submissions are processed and stored through Squarespace. Squarespace acts as our website hosting, form, security, and analytics provider and processes visitor information under its own privacy terms.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, or prevent fraud or misuse. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Retention

We keep form submissions only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, or recordkeeping reasons. You may ask us to delete a submission by using the Contact page.

Cookies and analytics
